Personal Data Policy 

We only collect personal data when it is relevant for us, and we will only retrieve personal data, that is
relevant for your activity at Riedel Copenhagen ApS.

We will always act in accordance to the current legislation regarding data-collection, -analysis and –
application when handling your personal data.

We will only store your personal data, as long as we are either required to by legal obligations, or as
long as the personal data still serves the same purpose, as when it was collected.

The data we collect

If you wish to buy and receive a product or a service from us, we have to collect certain personal data
as to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. We can use cookies to keep track of the
inventory of your cart, while you use our webshop.

We can retrieve information such as your name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if it
differs from the postal address), telephone number and payment information.

Riedel Copenhagen ApS collects and analyses your personal data, when you perform the following
tasks:
– Visit our website
– Complete a purchase of one of our products
– Create an account
– Subscribe to our newsletter
– Send us questions, complaints or feedback

The one in charge of personal data

The one in charge of the collection, analyzing and application of your personal data on the website

The basis of analysis and purpose

Your ordinary contact information such as your name and address is collected because it is used for
delivering the product or service you have bought from us. Your email address is collected because it
is used for sending a purchase confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product or service we collect your name, your card information and your IP-
Address. The information that is collected in connection with your purchase transaction, is only used
and stored in regards to payment arrangements, and fulfillment of the incoming agreement. When you
complete a purchase, some of your personal data will be transferred to QuickPay, including information that is relevant to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you have giving us your consent, during the signing up process or on our website, we will use your
email address for the purpose of our newsletter. You can at any time unsubscribe, so you will not
receive the newsletter. All newsletters include a link where you can unsubscribe. If the evaluation of
your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent.

If you do not wish to declare your personal data, which is needed if you wish to buy a product, you
will not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to analysis regarding receiving
offers) will be deleted five years after you have received your product or service.

Other recipients of your personal data

We do not sell your personal data to a third party, and we do not transfer your personal data to any
off-shore parties.

We host our website through UnoEuro and we have our payment system through Bambora, who
functions as our data manager. All personal information, which you provide on our website will be
stored in one of UnoEuros data centers.

We employ external companies as suppliers, so we can deliver the best possible services. These
external suppliers are data collectors and analyse in certain instances personal data in regards to their
service to us. Our data collectors only analyse personal data under our instruction and in accordance
to legal demands of data collectors.

We have entered into a data collection agreement with our data collectors which is our guarantee of
their compliance in accordance of applicable rules and regulations and protection of your personal
data.

Your rights

As registered you have rights, which at any time we must adhere to fulfill. You have the right to
require us the following:
To receive access to correct or edit your personal data
To have your personal data deleted
Furthermore you have the right to protest the treatment of your personal data, and you have the right
to submit a complaint to a data protection agency.
If you no longer wish for us to evaluate your personal information, or we need to limit our evaluation

Introduction
When you visit our website data regarding you is collected, the data is used for adjusting and
improving our content and to increase the value of the advertisements, that are shown on our site. If
you do not wish that the data be collected, then you should delete your cookies (see the guide) and
disregard further use of the website. Underneath we have further explained which information is
collected, the purpose and which third parties, that has access to the information.

and appear more frequent. You will also risc the possibility of the website not functioning optimally,

Personal information is all information that can be in one way or another attributed to you. When you
use our website we collect and evaluate such information. It transpires for example when you access
ordinary content, if you subscribe to our newsletter, participate in a competition or a survey, register
yourself as a user or register a subscription, further use of our services or conducting purchases via
our website.

The information we typically collect and evaluate is: A unique ID and technical information about
your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-number, geographical location, and if you click on
(interests). Furthermore information, to the extent of information where you, yourself, have giving
explicit consent and you, yourself, has registered it on our website, will be evaluated such as: Name,
telephone number, email address, address and payment information. This will typically be during the
creation of a login or a payment.

Safety
We treat your personal data safely and with confidentiality in accordance to the law, including the
personal data regulation and the law of data protection.

Your personal data will only be used for the purposes, of which it was collected, and the personal data
will be deleted when the purpose is fulfilled or it is no longer relevant.

We have taken technical and organisational measures against your personal data accidental or illegally
being deleted, published, lost, impaired or passed onto unauthorized third-parties, misused or in anyway treated contrary to the standard legislation.

Purpose
Information is used to identify you as a user, and target advertisements, with the biggest possible
chance of being relevant to you, registering your purchases and payments, and being able to deliver
the services that you have required, for example to forward a newsletter. Furthermore, the information
used by us, is utilized to optimize our services and content.

Time of storage
Information is stored for a period of time, which is legal and in accordance of the law, and we delete
them when the information is no longer necessary. The time periods length depends on the type of
information and the reason for it being stored. Therefore it is not possible to provide a general time
frame for when the information is deleted.

Disclosure of your personal data
Data regarding your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and might click on,
geographical location, age, gender, age segment and so forth is disclosed to a third party, to the extent
of these informations are known. The information is used for targeting of advertisements.
We use third parties for purposes of storage and evaluation of your data. They only evaluate the
information for our benefit and are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.
Disclosure of your personal data such as names, email addresses etc. will only be allowed when you
have giving your consent. We only use data collectors in the EU or in countries, where it is possible to
give your data ample protection.

Insights and complaints
You have to right to know what personal data, we evaluate regarding you in a typical format
(portability of data). Besides you can at any given time protest against the use of your personal data.
You also have the ability to withdraw your consent, regarding the treatment of information about you.
If the information, regarding you, is wrong, you have the right to have the information corrected or

complain about our treatment of your personal data, you have the ability to contact datatilsynet (Data
Protection Agency). If you no longer wish for us to evaluate your personal data, you can also send a
request to the aforementioned email address.
