Prices
All of our prices in the shop are displayed in DKK and includes 25% Value Added Tax and our prices are continuously updated. The displayed prices are daily prices.
Payment
Here at Riedelcopenhagen.com you are able to pay with VISA credit card, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.
When paying using a credit card, the payment is charged by Riedel Copenhagen (CVR 41105798) and is performed by the intermediary Bambora. You will be charged the payment when your product has been shipped. We use the encryption technology of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure shipments and personal data will be seen by only computers and employees at Riedelcopenhagen.com. Credit card information cannot be accessed by employees. We need your name, delivery address, email address, and mobile phone number to be able to complete your order. Naturally this information will be treated confidentially by us.
Delivery
We strive to deliver orders, registered before 5 pm, on the same day, and orders registered past this time will be shipped the following work day.
We ship to the entirety of Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Shipping costs start at 25 DKK. Products will be delivered to the delivery address, that is disclosed during the order.
We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your delivery will be shipped using Post Nord or GLS.
NB: If there is no available space at your location of delivery , it will be moved to the next nearest location of delivery, and you will be informed. If problems occur, please contact customer service.
Certain delivery conditions apply to certain products. These conditions will appear specifically before the purchase of these products.
Return Policy
We offer a return policy, so you as a customer have 14 days to be able to return a product.
The return policy expires 14 days after the day you have received your product, or from the day you have received the last product physically, if your order has shipped items individually.
You must inform us within 14 days, if you wish to return your purchase. Your notice should be sent to this email address: maja@riedelcopenhagen.com. In your message you will need to clearly state your wish of employing our return policy.
You cannot regret your purchase by simply denying reception of a product, without a clear notice.
Returning a part of a purchase
If you have bought several products from us, you have the possibility of returning one or more products, even if they are bought within a larger purchase. Please note, that you cannot be reimbursed for the costs of delivery, if you return only a part of a purchase.
Products that are exempt from the return policy
the following products are not included in our return policy
– Products, that are manufactured after the customers specifications or have an apparent personal touch
– Products, that due to their type become inseparably mixed with other products during delivery
– Products that become decayed or deteriorates quickly.
Return
You have to return your purchase to us without an unnecessary delay, and at the latest 14 days after you have notified us about your wish to return your purchase. Important: please include a copy of your itemized bill, so we all have the necessary information. You must forgo the direct expenses regarding the products return shipment. You will bear the risk regarding the product from the time of the delivery.
Missing original packing may affect the products worth, lowering the price, so to be certain of being able to be reimbursed for the total amount, we recommend the product being returned in the original packaging.
The state of the product, when you return it
You are liable for the possibility of the degradation of the product, as a result of a differing handling than what is necessary to be able to determine its kind, quality and the functionality. In other words you are able to sample the product the same way you would be able to in a physical store, but you are not allowed to actually utilize it.
If the product has been sampled in another way than mentioned above, we will consider it used, which means, when you return your order you will only be reimbursed partly or not at all depending on the product’s commercial value.
Refund of a purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you have paid us. In the case of an impairment of the price, in which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use our return policy, we will refund all the payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (not including additional costs caused by your choice of another way of delivery, that is not the cheapest standard delivery which we offer), without unnecessary delay, and subsequently within the last 14 days of us acquiring your request of annulling this agreement. We will complete such a refund using the same payment option, you used during the original transaction, unless you expressly have accepted something else.
We can withhold your refund until we have received the product, unless you have given us documentation on the return.

PLEASE NOTE! We do not receive packages without delivery nor packages sent using COD (Cash On Delivery).
Returning because of exchange
If you simply wish to exchange your product for another size or another product, we recommend, that you place an order for a new delivery, and additionally return the unwanted product in the way mentioned above. You can write a comment in the comment section on your new order (the check-out site), if you wish for us to wait before sending/withdrawing until we have received and credited the exchange.
Warranty
We offer a two year warranty according to the Sales Law. Our warranty concerns mistakes in the material and or the fabrication of the product. You can get your product repaired, exchanged, a refund or a discount, all depending on the specific circumstances. The warranty does not include mistakes or damages that has occured due to wrong handling of the product/service. You must warrant in a “reasonable time” after discovering the deficiency/mistake. Maja Riedel Tailor will cover the costs of the return to a reasonable extent.

Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not disclose any of your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer archive. You can at all times request that your personal information be deleted.
To be able to participate in a deal with Maja Riedel Tailor, we need the following information:

– Address
– Mobile phone number
– Email address
We execute this registration of your personal information with the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you.
Personal information is registered at Maja Riedel Tailor and is stored for a maximum of five years, after which the information is deleted.
When the personal information is collected on our website, we make sure, that it always happens with your consent, so you are precisely informed about which information that is collected and why.

The rendering of items
Pictures and descriptions are meant to be indicative of the products. Riedel Copenhagen cannot guarantee that your computer, smartphone or tablet will display the accurate color of a product, that it has upon delivery, since the colors that are viewed on the webshop depends on varying settings/screens. Misspellings may occur.

Here at riedelcopenhagen.com we use log statistics, which means, that there is a statistical system that collects information, which can provide a statistical representation of how many guests we have, where they are from, and where on the website they quit etc. The log statistic is only used for the sole purpose of optimizing riedelcopenhagen.com
