Prizes
All prices in the shop are in DKK and include 25% VAT. Prices on the website may be subject to ongoing adjustments.
Payment options
At Riedelcopenhagen.com you can pay with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard, googlepay and MobilePay.
When paying by credit card, the amount is deducted by Riedel Copenhagen (CVR 41105798) and mediated via Bambora, Worldline. Your payment is only deducted when the item is dispatched. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure that orders and personal data can only be read by computers and employees at Riedelcopenhagen.com. Payment card details cannot be read by employees. We need your name, delivery address, email address and mobile phone number in order to fulfil your order. Naturally, we treat this information confidentially.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders with our designs sewn in Frederiksberg before 5pm the same day, and orders are then dispatched the next working day.
Other designs, such as our t-shirt that is produced by a subcontractor. Will be produced and dispatched as soon as payment has gone through. You should therefore expect a slightly longer delivery time. Usually 7-14 days, but in exceptional cases it can take up to 28 days.
We ship to all of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Europe. Shipping prices from 30 kr. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are shipped with Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the pick-up point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pick-up point and you will be notified. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item or have physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at maja@riedelcopenhagen.com. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice of this.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not be refunded the delivery costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Goods excluded from the right of cancellation
The following product types are not included in the right of cancellation:
- Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch.
- Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Goods that have been put into use
- Goods that have been damaged after receipt. In the event that there is obvious damage to the product(s) upon delivery. This must be documented immediately with pictures and send a message with a description to maja@riedelcopenhagen.com
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Important: Attach a copy of your invoice so we have all the necessary information. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
Missing original packaging may possibly constitute a loss of value, so to be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you may not actually use it.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept undelivered parcels or parcels sent cash on delivery.
Exchange in case of cancellation
If you simply want to exchange an item for a different size or other item, we recommend that you place a new order and otherwise return as described above. Please write in the notes field on the order (check-out page) if you want us to wait until we have received and credited the exchange before sending/collecting.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Maja Riedel Pedersen will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Personal information
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time.
When ordering goods, e.g. t-shirts produced and shipped directly from our subcontractor, Printful Inc. Raina Bulvaris 25, Riga, Latvia LV-1050. However, we are obliged to disclose name, telephone number and address in order to fulfil the order. Payment information will not be disclosed and is processed internally in Riedel Copenhagen.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Riedel Copenhagen ApS, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
We register your personal data for the purpose of producing and delivering the product to you.
The personal data is registered with Riedel Copenhagen and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.

As registered with Riedel Copenhagen ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. Product reproduction
Images and descriptions are indicative. Riedel Copenhagen cannot guarantee that your PC screen, smartphone or tablet will show the exact colour of the item on delivery, as the colours you see in the webshop depend on various settings/computer screen. Reservations are made for typing errors.
Log statistics
We use log statistics on Riedelcopenhagen.com, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimising Riedelcopenhagen.com.
